Good value, minor issue
I purchased the Conqur Challenge medal series this year. The value for the three races felt fair, especially with the extra medal. Registration through their site was mostly smooth, though I had a brief hiccup with the payment page that resolved after a refresh. Packet pickup for the first race was efficient. The communication leading up to the events was clear, and the race day logistics for the Rose Bowl Half Marathon were well-managed. I do wish there were a few more water stations slightly later in the Rose Bowl course, but overall, it was a solid experience and I'd consider it again.
